5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus only once.
• If you wish to withdraw the deposit after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus conditions are violated, the bonus and all winnings earned from it may be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is detected from the same device or IP, action will be taken on all associated accounts.

VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.5% at Bronze level, 1.0% at Silver level, and 1.5% at Gold level. This cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).
